Creative Director

After gaining managerial experience in operations and technology at an international corporation, Stoffa Productions owner and creative director Kirsten Stoffa began the new media company in
1999. A digital artist with a keen eye for creative and business objectives, Stoffa directs a large virtual team throughout application development, design implementation and identity creation.

Listening closely to her clients' needs, she conceives intricate new media solutions and oversees their execution with a core team of programmers and designers, and an extended network of handpicked media professionals including filmmakers, photographers, animators, illustrators, and copywriters. Synthesizing virtual team contributions with her own artistic and technical vision, Stoffa creates effective online business applications and innovative identity solutions, as well as complementary print materials and merchandise designs. Each Stoffa Productions project reflects Stoffa's natural affinity for creative collaboration.

Programmer, Musician

Programmer Rob Wagner is a saxophone virtuoso, degreed composer, and renowned performer boasting several exquisitely produced jazz and klezmer albums, a catalogue of published music, and an expansive original songbook. Writing in PHP, Perl, JavaScript, Java, and SQL, Wagner responds to programming requests as fluently and creatively as he improvises for his live music audiences.

Art Director, Designer

Susan is a painter and an award-winning designer. Educated in architecture and graphic design, her work reflects a well-met combination of creative expression built on solid structure. She works on Web projects in a broad range of industries including medical, government, not-for-profit, and small business.

Film Editor, Designer

Tracy Granger is an audiovisual artist in a variety of media. Her feature film credits include: Chromphobia (2005) Boys Don’t Cry (1999), Mi Vida Loca(1993), and Gas Food Lodging (1992), TV movies such as Jack and the Beanstalk: The Real Story (2001) and Wonderland (2000), and documentaries and shorts such as Loss and WTC: The First 24 Hours. Granger also creates layered images out of digital photos for Web and other applications.

Designer, Visual Artist, Video Editor

n8 got his first taste of web design in early 1997 when he joined the team that built the first two installments of Absolut.com. He soon caught the attention of the folks that were working on the Award winning Leary.com, the official website of the late Dr. Timothy Leary. Since then n8 has been busy working on a variety of websites in several industries. He brings to the table a wealth of knowledge from such disparate industries as fitness, hospitality, pharmaceutical, fashion and food. n8 is also a video editor and motion graphics designer. He works as a performance artist with The Colors Project and the interactive multimedia process known as Prudenia.

Illustrator, Animator, Designer

Haroon Bhatti holds a BFA in Digital Media from the Corcoran. He studied aesthetics, graphic design, illustration, animation, and Maya. Haroon is also a magician.

Project Manager

Aimee Scala resides in Manhattan and recently graduated from Columbia University with a degree in political science/international relations (2004). Her range of expertise includes creative and strategic collaboration, Web development, digital imaging and copywriting. She works as a photo editor at Art Forum Magazine. She also speaks Italian fluently.

Copywriter, Journalist

A freelance journalist concentrating on modern cultural issues, Cristina Black has done criticism, profile, and news reporting on topics as varied as hat making, Japanese punk rock, and New Orleans' storied rave scene. She contributes investigative epics, blurbs, features, and reviews to a variety of print and web publications. Black also lends her verbal skills to an astonishing range of copywriting projects in the political, corporate, and independent business arenas.

Copywriter, Journalist

An experienced music journalist who specializes in profile and news feature writing, Jennifer's skills as a reporter make her copy writing succinct and attention-grabbing.  Six years' experience in the music industry gives her style a hipness guaranteed to spice up marketing and advertising copy.  Jennifer recently received an M.S. in Magazine Journalism from Columbia University, where she graduated with High Honors in the top ten percent of her class.

Illustrator, "4-D" Artist

A Brooklyn-based experimental "4-D" artist drawing from the tactile world, Kourtney Keller has exhibited her work in film and photography in New York, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Germany, and Switzerland. She counts the Eastman Kodak Student Filmmaker Award (2002) and a NextFrame Film Festival Prize (editing, 2003) among her official accolades. Keller's skills are consistently engaged in freelance projects in photography, motion graphic design, illustration, and post-production.

Photographer

A New Orleans-based freelance photographer since 1988, Eugenia Uhl specializes in editorial, advertising, portrait, and fine art photography. Her photographs have appeared in Metropolitan Homes, GQ, Essence, Travel & Leisure, New Orleans Magazine, Art & Antiques, and Louisiana Life, and her work has exhibited at Bassetti Fine Art Photographs, and the Contemporary Arts Center of New Orleans.

Flash Animator, Illustrator

Susanna Tellschow is an interactive design artist, working in a variety of digital and traditional media. She has worked on interactive CD-ROMs and Web sites funded by McGraw-Hill, the National Science Foundation, the United States Department of Education, Ameritech, and the State of Michigan. These projects have won various industry awards, including the 1995 Discover Magazine Innovation of the Year Award.

Sound Designer

Sound designer Gregory Wildes has over 20 years of experience as a leader, collaborator, and innovator in the audio realm. He is a multi-instrumentalist and designer and builder of all manner of instruments: acoustic, electric, electronic, and digital. Wildes has produced work for film, theater, video, dance, fashion, and art installation, and performed throughout the United States and in European festivals. He has been featured in Electronic Musician Magazine.

Programmer, Video Encoder

With a dual degree in Information Technology and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and more than ten years experience building and managing networks for large, national companies, Jonathan Kowalski is a highly skilled video encoder and programmer who thinks outside the box. His strong theoretical understanding of computer architecture, programming languages, networks, and operating systems has enabled him to create and manage a wide variety of information technology projects for an array of markets. Jonathan's love of theater and computers has led him to develop interesting intersections between performance, media and technology, like his recent creation of online video broadcasting systems to support the video conferencing needs of large corporations and performing artists.
